Kentdale Land Rover

Craig Mattinson specifically was rude, underhanded and unprofessional. My experience of Kentdale Land Rover was poor to say the least. I put down a deposit on a car and a couple of days later, they sold it to someone else and Craig Mattinson sent me a rude email to say there was no need to contact him. I was a bit surprised as hes been good up until then. It was unprofessional to sell the car Id committed to buying and put down a 1,000 deposit. He said because he couldnt get a hold of me despite only trying me on the second day and me taking an hour to call him back. Absolute sham of a dealership led by a cowboy who had clearly received a better offer from someone else and didnt have the decency to commit to what we had agreed or even the guts to come clean. Id recommend going to a different dealership.

I purchased my first Defender from Kentdale Land Rover 16 years ago. Kentdale serviced it for the 16 years and 120,000 miles later I have finally changed the old girl for a new Defender. The new Defender exceeds all expectations with the quality of the drive and accessories included to assist the driver experience. Kentdale are a pleasure to deal with and have always given first rate service. Thank you Kentdale.
