Very disappointed not having what I needed and then one of the staff I delt with was very rude and abrupt, will not shop there again, first and the last time I shop there

23/11/22 time 13:09 visited today trying to get tap fittings at first tha guy was helpful then he got rude he asked If i had been in the day before for the same thing and I was wasting his time i told him that had not and he said are u sure this maid me feel very uncomfortable They used to be a good company when it was BSK

I paid for 20 ton of stone to be delivered for my driveway which cost over 1000 on the 10th August. Only 19 ton was delivered and I was informed that JT Atkinson would not refund me until they had confirmation from the supplier. I have been chasing my refund ever since. Shocking. Do not deal with this company

I bought a new bathroom suite only last December. 6 months later the sink tap started leaking water.got in touch with the showroom. Said I would get a ring back shortly . After about 2hours I rang again finally got to speak to someone about my faulty tap. They wouldn't give me a replacement fobbed me off with a cartridge for the leaky tap Which they said would be posted out In the end I couldn't wait 2 or 3 days. So went to b+q and bought one This is after paying around 3000 to Atkinson. Won't be back

I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the materials are always of good quality.
