Visited during my end to end tour when I passed through Kendal and noticed my disc brakes were not very responsive anymore. Chris and his colleague took a look immediately and replaced the pads for me. They also made sure I had everything else I needed (including properly fastened handlebar tape and filled up water bottle). Many thanks again for getting me back on the road so quickly!

Askew customer service is excellent. Whether you are buying a top end bike or some spares. Servicing and repairs carried out to a high standard. If you are in a fix they will do their upmost at short notice. If you are on the lands end to JOG a tour or just out for a day ride. Askew is always worth a visit

Nothing but good experiences at Giant Kendal. when I bought my Giant from here, they took time to set it up and go through in detail to make sure everything was perfectly adjusted. Since then I have used the to complete my own custom build race bike and the service and attention to detail is excellent. Highly recommend them for all your bike needs.
