I was in the shop with my mom and baby sister today. She was sleeping in her pram while my mom went to the front till to buy some food for the baby. While she was at the cashier, 3 of the employees, including the lady who was scanning my mom's items, were screaming (not talking) to each other and laughing horribly loud. Of course they woke up my sister because she got scared when heard the screams. Being given it is a pharmacy, i dont understand how they could be like that. Poor customer service from my point of view.
