        Kendal Branch staff very friendly and helpful, Unfortunately that cannot be said for Virgin money the company, who in my opinion and based on fact, are the most unresponsive and belligerent bank I have ever had the unfortunate experience to be lumbered with! Since the Yorkshire Bank(20yrs + client) became virgin money arrogance, Unprofessionalism and customer neglect appears to be the bench mark of this organisation, especially if any problems arise with thier administration of your account or transactions . Please do your own Due Diligence before signing up!!
