Helpful, polite and friendly, lots of helpful advice and decent prices. I like how they offer a choice between budget and branded items. Although I went for branded, it was good to know there were cheaper options. Will be back again.

Used to be good when the average home mechanic could get trade prices on an account for there self employed work but now you hav to be a trading garage to hav an account. the prices are way to much and don't even deliver on big orders rubbish in comparison to other local autoparts suppliers. Last two times parts ordered were also wrong eg. Filter not filter housing as clearly asked for 3 times and as they wouldn't deliver when I arrived and the wrong item was there without the correct part in stocks verry frustrating. Used to use these but they just don't seem to be bothered on loosing out on hundreds of pounds a month trade

Great value for money compared to other places selling the same products, staff are knowledgeable if theyve got the experience. If they dont have the experience Ive noticed them being trained up to good standards

Great staff and knowledge of parts, cheaper option and actually buying something that works as advertised is so important in this field of engineering. Need parts? Just go here, give them your reg and they will sort you out 100%
