        Too many times previously I have had a negative experience when dealing with companies in this industry. I can not express just how pleasant and refreshing it is to deal with such a welcoming and informative team like the team at Premier Alarms. Thank you for being patient with me and making sure all my needs where met.

        Had the alarm for one year and had to have engineer come out twice due to faults with the system. They make you pay an annual maintenance fee and claim the engineer visits are then free. I don't think it's acceptable to have to be paying for faults occurring in the first year. These should have been covered by Premier.
