Due to my job, I experienced back pain and discovered Quality Health Clinics online. I received treatment from Physiotherapist Mesut who provided me with a fantastic treatment experience. He took the time to thoroughly discuss my condition before starting the treatment, allowing me to understand what to expect during the process. Throughout the treatment, Mesut was always patient and attentive in selecting the best methods for me. He explained each movement and its function, which helped me understand the treatment process. After a few sessions, I experienced significant improvements in pain reduction and mobility thanks to Mesut's treatment. At the end of the treatment, Mesut provided me with advice on the next steps and sent me exercises to continue the treatment. Mesut has a professional, empathetic, and individualized approach that made working with him a pleasure. I would be happy to continue receiving treatment from him and highly recommend his services.

Frozen shoulder treatment with Paulo Martinelli - I had already seen another physio, who failed to diagnose my issue correctly and had made the problem worse. I was in considerable & was almost at the point of needing surgery. Fast forward 3 months, and I'm almost fully recovered. I can honestly say Paulo is the only physio I've met capable of treating frozen shoulder. The treatment is extremely painful, especially at the start. However, along with exercises between treatment, this is essential to fully recovering in a timely fashion. I highly recommend anyone with frozen shoulder speaks to Paulo about it first.
