LJ have some incredible mouldings that I am sad to take off my shelf but I've lost too many customers because of their poor service. I order things showing in plentiful stock on their website and nothing turns up. I call, they promise it next day and nothing turns up. I wait a couple of days, I call, and they say it's not been in stock the whole time. The people who answer the phone are always polite but I suspect the computers in front of them are failing them, and there's not an accurate connection to the warehouse. I am genuinely sorry to say I can't use them any more, but it's too risky for my business. The single star is for the quality of some of their mouldings but I can't go any higher for a company that's impossible to deal with.

Fully agree with Simon. They have had long enough to sort themselves out. I too have to face angry customers due to stock being endlessly delayed
