        Hands down the Fastest & Best Customer Service in the Industry. I needed new chicken lip shims for my LEO legs as I have used the heck out of it for the past 2 years and they responded in less than 20 minutes and had them shipped to me the same day. Neil was great to deal with and when it comes time to purchase a new tripod I will definitely be buying from 3 Legged Thing again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!
