Zina Perrone Chiropractor

I struggled with a relatively minor but niggling back issue for the last couple of years and tried several different treatments until I came across Zina and have been thankful every day since that I did. I have seen a McTimoney chiropractor before and found it helpful and really effective so was keen to find someone in this area. Zina has made a significant difference to me in a very short period of time. She is always friendly and reassuring and I have found her to be really helpful and knowledgeable, and have benefitted from her advice on how to look after myself between appointments. I would highly recommend an appointment with Zina to anyone.

I went to Zina after I injured my back in an accident in 2017. I was signed off work for 3 months, lost hope if I would ever get better. I was unable to lie on my back, used to sleep sitting up on my sofa. Zina made me feel so much better just after a few treatments. My life is back on track because of her. She is so gentle which is why I would only see her. I am pain free and able to live a good quality life. Can't thank Zina enough for always being there for me.

Went to see Zina with coxis pain that I'd been suffering with for well over a year. She was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly and excellent at explaining and talking me through my treatment and progress. After only 2 sessions there was huge improvement. She has given me plenty of advice on how to keep myself pain free and improve my posture in general for a healthier life moving forward. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thanks very much Zina

I have seen Zina for around 11 years following spinal surgery, I have had a lot of issues from a very young age and have been to many different professionals throughout the years, I can honestly say Zina has not only got my spine into some degree of normality but I am now able to live my day to day life without too much difficulty, I do yoga regularly which was not even remotely possible before, and I have managed to keep my job which was looking unlikely, She is quite frankly brilliant at what she does, I would recommend and have recommended her to anyone who has any kind of joint discomfort, I am a health professional and would not trust anyone else with my spine!
