Carl came to do my flat's carpets, he was punctual, professional and informative. Never thought those cat sick stains would ever disappear but he made sure they're gone! Carl recently cleaned all the carpets in my large house, and did a thorough and brilliant job. Really pleased with the results. He is very good at explaining things, a really personable guy, and very professional. His equipment is top notch. He's hard-working and meticulous. Would highly recommend The Cleaning Chief for all your carpet-cleaning needs!

Carl was amazing right from when we first got in touch with him. He was responsive and flexible. His knowledge and most of all his honesty is what makes him stand out. Taking time to explain to us what he was doing and why. He did a brilliant job. It was a full house clean after moving in and he managed to remove 10 years worth of dirt and made the carpets look as good as new. There are many cowboys in induatriea such as cleaning. However, I assure you 100% that The Cleaning Chief is not one of them. Will definitely be back to use Carl in the future.
