        Customer service is diabolical. Happy with my home but there are unresolved issues that St Modwens are constantly palming me off about. This site will stay in a massive state for years to come be warned. It's also a fact to point out you are next to a traveller site, this may have been unmentioned by your charming sales rep.

        Just as bad as Weogoran Park, which even the Daily Mail picked up on how bad the developers left it. They only started to finish the roads, pavements, street lights etc after the press picked it up locally and then nationally. They proposed 12 weeks to finish the work and 9 months later it still isnt finished. Pear Tree will be exactly the same, they will take your money and then abandon you, customer service is non existent from the top down, they will lie to you to fob you off and then deny it. Severe issues are still being found on Weogoran 5 years after some houses were built. Don't be fooled by their lies, avoid buying off these cowboys.
