The service I received from Edwards Kia was absolutely exceptional. Thank you Shannara McDonald you have been excellent to deal with- friendly, frank, helpful and, above all, honest. In between ordering and the car arriving I moved almost 250 miles away- suffice to say that I did not change the collection point to a closer garage because I trusted the people I was dealing with and valued the relationship we had developed. Can't praise Shannara enough- also a name check for Neil in the Sales Team; whenever I had to deal with him because Shannara was away, he was great. I always got speedy responses and all promises made were delivered upon. Great all round. John

Avoid avoid avoid. Customer service non existent. Dreadful. I would have given minus stars if possible. Plenty of other car dealers nearby who have excellent customer service. Despite being asked to contact them after 3 phone calls to them no response. Absolutely no customer service at all. Head office should know about the total lack of customer care. Dreadful.

First time ever choosing a Kia for my new car. Only popped in for a browse, Neil couldnt be more helpful and friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. We spoke with Neil about two models of Kia and he showed us both before deciding which to test drive. We didnt need to book, the car was available and we took it for a spin straight away. Placed an order with Neil, hes kept us updated regularly and been a delight to deal with. Fabian also is very welcoming and friendly, we had a lovely little chat whilst I was making a payment for some new number plates for my old car, he offered us a drink even though it was a flying visit. Showrooms are clean and tidy, as is the reception entrance area and outside too. Would happily recommend this dealership. We ordered a Kia ProCeed 1.5 petrol GT Line. Cant wait to collect it in a few days time. The Grey one we test drove, the burnt orange is the colour we ordered. Edit to add recently had 1st year service. I was looked after exceptionally well by the service department. Mark the Service Manager was fantastic.
