So roughly a week ago I posted a very valid negative review of my horrible experience of trying to buy a new car from Startin Dacia Worcester. Low and behold I received a reply saying management have been informed of the issue and would be in touch with me. No surprise I haven't heard a thing from anyone since. Validates my original complaint even more I would say. Communication is virtually non existent !

From the on the spur of the moment visit to Startin Dacia to meeting Dean who was very welcoming and he explained the process and car in detail and made you feel at ease and a no pressure sale approach so all was off to a good start The auto car i had wanted for a while was available in the showroom, the part ex of my car went smoothly the test drive experience was ideal. They managed to rush through the handover at our request 2 days early, the whole transition was perfect. Its early days with the car and at the moment no issues to report. To everyone who visits you need to try the hot chocolate.

I recently bought a Dacia Duster from this dealership in worcester and Adam was polite, professional and answered all of my questions in detail. I never felt under pressure to purchase ,which would most definitely of put me off, and can honestly say if you are looking for a Renault or Dacia then you won't find a better sales consultant than Adam O Neil
