        Damaged Racking delivered, took weeks to receive replacements, also minor scratching. Replacement pieces wrong, originals came bent, so cannot construct racking and further email sent. Considering the company is called Rapid Racking, it is neither of those things... we cannot recommend them. AVOID.

        I've been using rapid racking for the last 15 years and always had excellent service. The products arrive well wrapped, a little too well wrapped sometimes, and in good order. The shelving is well made and stands the test of time in the environment we need it for. I have just placed my latest order and spoke to Yasmin in customer services whom was excellent :) Keep up the good work guys and you'll always get my business.
