I was skeptical ordering my seeds from such far distance from Detroit. However, my seeds arrive in 1 week and in prestine condition. Also, the packaging and presentation was primo. I am thoroughly impressed!

One of those annoying websites with a display cookie settings icon in the left hand corner of the screen that you can't help but hit if you're left handed. Obviously designed by a right handed plank who's priorities are nothing to do with gardening

Really surprised that having placed an order on 10 November 2020 and being debited on 11 November, I never received an ackknowledgement. I assumed they were busy and with Co-vid allowed some leeway. After 11 weeks I tried 'phoning (voicemail reply saying they were very busy!),and several e mails, I still haven't been contacted and having paid over 51 I am really annoyed. I am going to have to bite the bullet and order from a reliable supplier D.T. Brown (who have delivered part of an order) as otherwise I won't have anything to plant on my allotments. Post script - having posted the above I have been corresponding with the Managing Director of Kings seeds, and must say I am impressed by her trying to expedite the order. As I said it just takes communication to address issues, and she has demonstrated why she is the Managing Director.Wish there more Unfortunate that I now have double the amount of potatoes I need!!(and I did not order from D.T Brown as they didn't have the varieties!) Due to Tracy I am changing my one star to five just for being on the ball.
