I'd prefer to give them 0 stars. Absolutely no customer service. Won't return calls or emails when they have your money. Initially booked an experience for October 2022. This was understandably cancelled, by them, due to high winds. Have tried to book again and was told it was not open due to avian flu. Again, understandable. However, we have tried to contact them to rebook on numerous occasions by email, which they don't respond to, and voicemail messages, which are totally ignored. This is the hight of rudeness, and we have totally lost confidence with them.

The 3 hour falconry experience was amazing. Andy and Lisa really do know there stuff and there passion really shows. Its a hands on experience from the get go. Had an Amazing time guys, thank you.

An absolutely amazing & educational experience, in fact so fantastic it was my 2nd visit . Fun too & run by a most super couple who make you so welcome and at ease. Look out for Big Alice the most incredible bird ever! Thank you.. absolutely loved it!

Thank you Andy and Lisa for a great experience. Andy and I totally enjoyed a wonderful morning with both of you, your beautiful birds and of course Cadbury. You taught us lots in a really relaxed friendly way, the birds were stunning & so patient & the setting was amazing. Couldnt have asked for more, it was a complete honour & delight to spend the morning with the humans and the birds . My wife Elaine and I would like to thank Lisa, Andy & Colin (briefly) for an amazing half day experience today at Cressing Temple Barns. The weather wasnt the best, but the birds performed brilliantly. The love for their birds was infectious, and their dedication unmistakable. We got to experience more birds than I expected, and they were Big Alice the Eurasian Eagle Owl, Toffee the Barn Owl, Zuri the Lanner Falcon, Pippin the Kestrel, Nanook the Canadian Great Horned Owl, Atlas & Apollo the sibling Harris Hawks, and last but not least Colins Goshawk (whose name I cant remember). All in all just the best day, with far more hands on than I could ever have hoped for. Thank you guys!
