Five Stars Care

The care my mum received on a daily basis was amazing. Sadly her Alzheimers meant she could no longer live alone and had to be moved into a care home but prior to being moved five star came out like clockwork every morning, every lunch and evening. Always in pairs which was also ideal as my mum was a bit of a handful at times. I still give their details to others needing care. I miss seeing their smiling, helpful faces .

Five star care? More like One star care. Majority of the carers are rude and poorly trained and the management is the worst. You could show management video evidence of their staff being rude and neglectful and they'd still side with their staff. My mother rarely had her hair washed or her back scrubbed and a full body cream to help her dry skin was never done. Nearly everyone in this company needs and attitude adjustment or a change of career.

The care my mother receives from Five Stars Care is exemplary and adds greatly to her quality of life. I can easily communicate effectively with both staff and management.
