For my birthday I was given a track day voucher. The person who purchased it for me told me about it in my birthday card then later forwarded on the email they had received with the details. I didn't immediately book the track day. 10 months later I was ready to book. So I called up Track Days to be told the voucher had expired 5 days ago. When I questioned that 10 months seems a bit short and I thought that a year was normal and reasonable, your rude member of staff in customer services (Becky) said we can do what we want. She then gleefully told me it says everywhere that it is 10 months. Well it doesn't in the body of the email I received. If you'd like to check and come back to me.

Amazing customer service, friendly and professional . Had to call twice, got such helpful staff, nothing too much trouble and even saved me some money! Sorry forgot the name of first man and Alison , absolute credit to the company. Thanks

Becky was extremely helpful and explained each option fully and clearly to enable me to choose the most suitable options for our grandchildrens first driving experience. Ultimately we ended up booking experiences for six people across two different venues. I understood exactly what I was purchasing and the whole process was carried out with the minimal of fuss and we didn't feel pressurised into purchasing extras if I didn't wish to do so or rushed. In fact Becky was so patient and explained everything in such detail that the total process lasted around an hour. Thank you Becky for helping me to book the treat in an easy and relaxed way. You are the definition of politeness and a great credit to your employer. Indeed if I wasnt in the process of retiring and selling my business I would certainly look at employing you, such is the positive impression you left me with. The whole booking experience was excellent from start to finish. I am greatly looking forward to the day and the look on the kids faces when they realise what they will be driving. We arranged a similar day for some adult friends of ours in January of this year which fantastic. So much so that one of the participants smiled so much her cheeks ached until the following day. This will not be the last booking we make will Becky.
