Tried for three weeks to get an appointment. Spent just under twenty hours on the phone and Internet plus four visits and still can't get an appointment. This once excellent surgery has deteriorated rapidly this year since the so called amalgamation that was for our benefit! Time to find another practice

I have never been moved to give a review to a surgery before but this surgery definitely deserves a bad one. The doctor is disinterested and the reception staff are very rude and neglectful. I would avoid the place at all costs.

My experience to date has been wholly positive. The doctor gives sensible and intelligent advice. I had a number of issues recently and he was very helpful in identifying what needed or did not need to be done. I find the receptionists to be friendly, helpful and efficient. The routine actions, such as flu jabs, blood tests etc are always efficient and timely. I am, in short, quite happy with Brimpton surgery.

Absolutely disgraceful service doctors won't prescribe contraception as this is now up to the nurses. If you can't get an appointment with the nurse the reception refuse to book you with a doctor as he will not prescribe you the necessary treatment. Receptionists are rude, unhelpful and apparently have a degree in medicine!
