Avoid. Wife's heirloom vintage watch has been in for a service as second hand was catching. It came back first time with a loose plexiglass and still not working.... after us paying 500+. They took it back to look at for free under the 'warranty'. After a further 3.5 months I rang to chase and was told it was ready to pick up, the delay was because they couldn't source a new plexiglass. I was also told it had been timed for 7 days and was working fine. By the time I'd walked back to the car it had stopped, then I looked closer and saw the same old glass had been refitted, and was fitted very badly. Clearly the watch has not been serviced, or repaired and they lied to my face. He doesn't even do the repairs himself on the Watches but sends them away. No wonder it's a dying trade. Avoid these guys if you love your watches!

Chris is always a mine of fascinating information, and ready to assist. If you have a Rolex watch, you will save yourself a lot of angst and cash by going to see him and not getting tangled in the Rolex dealer network.
