Kelvedon Hatch Post Office

Today I sent someone over to put 150 in and when he came back he told me there was only 145 there so I said no there was definitely 150. Due to this I phoned them immediately and asked to speak to the lady who worked in the post office area and told her what had happened. I asked her if at closing time if she could check the tills and her response was "it's only 5". I said are you joking and she replied back "what, it's only 5" I asked for her name which was Lesley so I then when straight over to the shop and asked to speak to Lesley and the manager. She then told me the manager was not there and she also asked if I was the person she spoke to on the phone. I said yes so she said we found your 5 on the floor. I said that's funny, I would like to speak to the manager immediately. She then proceeded to tell me she was in charge today so I said I am not happy with that and asked when the manager would be in. She said I cannot tell you that so I realised it was a losing battle and left. Avoid this shop, Lesley and the post office at all cost. I am not the first this has happened to and I certainly won't be the last. It was her attitude saying "it's only 5" and not receiveing an apology or any sort of help. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

Friendly and efficient. Its also a Nisa shop, so you occasionally have to wait for available staff

Not open the times detailed on Google. Went to post an important letter on Fri and told it closes at 5pm and to come back tomorrow. On Google says open till 9:30pm
