        I needed a quotation from them and two weeks ago was given a particular date and time for the person to visit us. Took a day off for his visit.The person, Gary, did come to my area with a fairly large van (I don't know why? Just to give me a quote?) Anyways, he returned back to the office stating that he could not find a parking space at my house (my house is on the main road - Mitcham Road, Croydon), and so would not give me a quote! We were waiting for him all day long, only to find out that he was not interested to come again! The Receptionist claimed to have sent me an email to inform me about it which I never received. Checked my inbox, spam and trash items. She could have just lifted her phone and given me a call, like she did the first time earlier this morning when she called me up to reconfirm the appointment. I am extremely disappointed and angry with them, such unprofessional behaviour.
