I don't feel sorry to give 0 start for a horrible customer service but it doesn't allow me to post this without adding 1 star at least!!! I just called to book a taxi from Gatwick Airport to pick up my mother, the guy on the phone with no proper hello to start with, he started asking questions with blunt voice tone and when I got to the flight number question, I said I will need to check it with my mum and call back because I don't have it with me and I personally never called for a taxi from an airport, so wasn't sure what information they needed; he replied "okay bye" and he just hangs up the phone on my face! How awful and nasty that was!!

So we ordered a cab for 7 pm. 7.05 called and they said it was just doing a drop off and be on its way. Called again at 7.15 and they said it will be five minutes. 7.30 still no cab!! So instead we used Uber . The cab then arrived at which point we told them not to bother as they are unreliable! The driver said we owe them 5 cancellation fee! Absolute joke when they was the ones who was late!! Dont use them. Absolute joke!

Asked on the phone if I could pay by card and was told I could. When we arrived the driver said he didn't take card, he gave a sad story that he needed the money now, if I paid by card he wouldn't get the money till next month. My teenager daughters had cash so managed to pay him but then he didn't have enough change and when I asked for my correct change he just said I haven't got it what can I do? Company should pay their drivers a decent wage so they are not so desperate for money they have to lie about the card machine and steal change. Terrible service

Driver friendly and arrived on time for pickup. Driver mistakenly overcharged me 3.00. Driver knocked on my door 5 minutes later and apologized and returned my 3. That was nice to see.
