The duty manager Named jamhal approached me After 30 seconds in the store, looking for fabreeze.. "have you got stuff" I didn't know what he meant by this And assumed he thought I had stolen something So therefore asked him to check me.. his response was to walk away.. i am not, nor have I ever been a thief! I think your managers need At least some training In order to survive this climate. Jamhal however.. I assume you're already had Several similar complaints, based on my experience.. I will forward this complaint Along with video Footage to your Head office.

Today (5pm) I collected a parcel - such a easy service and really really helpful member of staff to help me get it in the car - above and beyond helpful

Came here for an emergency stop while cycling around the area. After buying what I needed, I kindly asked one staff if I can use the toilet and showed him what I bought. He understood that it was urgent and showed me where the loo was. There was a sign outside which says employees only but I guess this is case to case basis. When the manager (a lady) saw the staff guiding me towards the toilet, she scolded him in front of me while pointing at the sign. I told her that it is not his fault and explained that I had my period and was desperate for the loo. To my surprise, considering that shes a woman, she did not allow me to use the toilet and continued to scold the poor employee. Good thing there was another employee (a man) who understood my need and told me that there is a cafe nearby as another option. Theres is no need for such unacceptable behaviour from the manager, especially towards the staff.
