Been a loyal customer to metro for many years, and was very happy. However last couple of months food gone rapidly downhill, poor quality meat and always cold.we never book delivery, we phone ahead , alas standards are too low. We've been very patient- even returned food to shop. Too much hassle now, and repeated cold food despite flagging it up. We will not be ordering food from metro again. Such a shame as we are local and like to support small businesses.
