        I would highly recommend AD Wellness! Ive been going to see Ankita for a year and a half for both pregnancy and postpartum aches and pains and have found the treatment to be exceptional. Ankita is really knowledgeable and helpful and unlike other practitioners Ive seen in the past, she isnt pushy or judgmental and really encourages you to listen to your body. Ultimately, I find she provides me with exercises and information so that I can manage my symptoms and I arrange to see her when I need that extra support. Shes great and Id suggest booking an appointment!

        Ankita is a very professional and proficient Osteopath. Having visited her for physio 4 times for a rotary cuff injury, and adhered to regular exercise regimes, my ailment has improved no end. Her passion for wellbeing is second to none, and she was helpful in every way. I'd highly recommend Anika and not hesitate in using her again in the future if I required an Osteopath.

        After months of suffering with sciatica, Ankita was recommended by a family member. Within 3 treatments I was almost pain free pain killer free. Ankita is very professional with impeccable bed side manners and just a lovely you lady. She went out of her way to fit me in to her such a busy and full schedule. Highly recommend her.
