Absolutely incompetent. They loose prescriptions, claim they didnt get them. Then they find them. No apologies. Then they are rude. Even the doctors opposite agree they are incompetent. Find somewhere else to go.

Absolutely awful place. Please do NOT use this chemist ! I used this chemist over 2 years ago and was very badly treated and promised I would never return till today. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. THEY ARE RUDE AGGRESSIVE, ARROGANT STAFF SERVING YOU. They often ignore you even when your standing at the counter. The miserable attitude by one of the staff is awful. I witnessed an elderly gentleman get shouted and badly treated it really upset me. Also is much more expensive. I paid over a pound more for one of my products. Do not use this chemist. Another chemist just along the road is ok.

This is a pharmacy which is CLOSED between 1 and 2pm every lunchtime- exactly the time you might pop out to pick up a prescription when working from home. But then customer service doesn't really seem to be their focus. You get scolded to go back and close the door when you walk in and it stays open, you get ignored and talked over when you stand waiting to be served, you get shouted at by the pharmacist, told you've come to pick up too early and need to wait 48 hours (why?? Back in the day you would walk out of the GP practice with a prescription in hand and the pharmacist would dispense it straight away) and they ask you to give your address and personal details in front of other customers. That's less of a problem now of course, because most people are going or have gone elsewhere.

The worst pharmacy around the area. Always blaming the doctors for not sending prescriptions. Always told its never ready and 3 days wait. I get severe anxiety having to come in here as I forgot to change my daughters prescription over to my new chemist who are amazing. Elmers end pharmacy are the best. Never once had a problem. They are rude and always have a major attitude problem with anyone that comes in for help in here! I changed my pharmacy because of them and having to return yesterday to collect my daughters prescription, they are still the very rude and demanding people in here. Never again will I walk in here for the abuse they give! They dont give medical advice they just shout at you! They All need to go and be re trained in customer service skills because they make you feel worthless in here! Avoid this place unless you like to be spoken down to or even shouted at!!
