        Awful rude assistant. Angry beyond belief that I turned up 2 minutes before they closed. My prescriptions now being filled elsewhere. The manager should get rid of her for the sake of the business.

        Avoid at all coast - never check sent prescriptions- days of delay stuff extremely rude shouting at customers

        Since the takeover with new staff its now awful, pharmacist slow and the woman at the counter so rude to customers , shouting at them, tutting and rolling her eyes !!! I Have now left and joined another pharmacy who told me that since the take over, lots of people have left Elmers pharmacy and gone to new ones.
