I had a terrible experience at this branch. I was on my way to my appointment for 9.25am, and hit a particularly bad bout of traffic, so at 9.14am I stopped and called the branch to ask them to reschedule my appointment as my sat nav was saying my arrival time was 9.31am. The lady called Jorja advised that I have a 10 min window and they would still accept me if I arrive by 9.35am. I arrived at 9.32am, parked and ran in, arriving at the front desk at 9.35am. Jorja was at the desk and said you have arrived at 9.35am and we will need to reschedule. I said but you confirmed I have a 10 minute window, her response was yes but its 9.35am (clearly they don't learn their additions at school these days!!). She then went to the Optometrist and I could clearly hear her saying to her "It up to you if you want to do it, you don't have to if you do't want to!!! The resident optometrist called Thulas was also just as useless and unhelpful saying I could wait and see if the next person is late? She then just turned away and was not willing to address how unprofessionally I was treated. When I was responsible to call and reschedule and could have avoided sitting in traffic. Avoid this lazy branch.

Friendly staff, always on time, never had to wait for appointments, all as scheduled. Very accommodating as I changed my frames twice and it wasn't an issue with replacing. The delivery is super quick too. Definitely recommend.
