Unfortunately rude & aggressive staff who could do with refreshing their customer service skills. Possibly their relatives could book some training for them as a useful Xmas gift!

Nice and friendly place for essentials and a post office. I was sending some parcels internationally and had great customer service with advice on which option would be the best. Sometimes the service can be slow but generally this is my preferred post office - much better than the one on the high street

I rarely leave reviews but, in this case I feel I have to. I always avoid going into this shop unless I absolutely have to because the staff, older man in particular, are very rude and dismissive. I recall an occasion when I was standing in the post office queue and one of their workers was sweeping nearby and the older man literally humiliated him infront of customers by repeatedly shouting 'go away!', 'why are you sweeping here!', 'why are you doing this now!'.Very unnecessary. He also raised his voice at me on a different occasion saying I need to tape my parcels around the whole box because boxes have been opening in transit. I've never had an issue with my parcels not being sealed properly and reaching their destination, even so, there are better ways of communicating your requests to customers but, customer service doesn't appear to be high up on the agenda at all.
