        Avoid at all costs. Countless maintenance issues during our tenancy that were left unaddressed. Took over a year to have a leaking window repaired. The EPC rating of the property was falsified. When other landlords were giving tennants a discount to their rent during the early stages of the pandemic, these guys were trying to increase our rent. We were threatened that the landlord could increase our rent to any amount and we would have to accept it or be evicted. During the end of our tenancy the letting agent gave access to a contractor without giving us the legally required notice.

        Very unprofessional stuff. Appointment was cancelled at last minutes . Got call 15 minutes before the my appointment saying they have to cancel my appointment. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. Dont recommend this agent.
