        Friendly staff and Good selection of items..

        Over priced, charity shop, there are no bargains, hardly any books, again so so over priced, I haven't got a clue who they expect to shop there

        Went there to donate two bags of washed and folded items. Was greeted by a member of staff who rolled their eyes. Was asked to place my bags 'there' - 'no, not there, they are in the way then'. I basically had to dump my stuff on a pile of other valued items in a corner. If donations are such a nuisance I will go to a different shop next time or train your staff to be a tad more welcoming.

        I was in this store a couple of weeks ago when I overheard a male member of staff call a customer a f**king c**t, I was horrified with the way this gentleman had reacted. I have been back a number of time since to be greated with a grunt, that is if he is not on his phone or bad mouthing the manager and assistant manager. I have given one star as the layout of the store and the atmosphere when this gentleman is not in is lovely. Dee Ashford
