Proctors Estate Agents Park Langley

Sad to write this but I know I would have appreciated reading this if I was considering using proctors for a sale. Sold my house through them and pretty apparent from the start that they were only interested in supporting the buyer despite the fact I paid their (significant) fee. I was in a chain buying elsewhere and had lots of quite rude emails when other parts of the chain were not speeding along, and yet they introduced a buyer without a mortgage agreed in principle (despite their assurance that they did) which almost destroyed the deal and my chain. Found myself doing much of the work to sell whilst they looked after the buyer only, agreeing on my behalf to some pretty outlandish (non required) additional work. Managed to get this over the line whilst keeping the chain intact with little if any support from this estate agent. Paid the fee wondering what on earth they did to deserve such huge amounts of and glad Ill never have to deal with them again. A sorry tale and dont like leaving bad feedback - but hopefully this will help others who are selling.

Such a professional service from the team at Park Langley, especially Richard who drove through a very complex sale with total integrity and helped stop us from totally stressing out. Cant recommend highly enough.

Hands down - the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We did not instruct Proctors Park Langley as we were the buyers in the transaction. Nevertheless, the service could not be faulted - head and shoulders above competitors. I just wish that all other estate agents adopted the same level of pride in their work. Richard and all the team at Park Langley were superb from start to finish when dealing with an extremely protracted and specialist sale for me. The team are knowledgeable, dedicated and the most professional agents I have ever dealt with. Can't thank everyone enough for their help and dedication in getting the transaction across the line, even going above and beyond after it had completed. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.
