Back in Balance

I visited Back in Balance Clinic with chronic lower back pain that had been going on for over a month. I was also suffering from significantly reduced mobility and flexibility likely brought on by bad posture. After only a couple of sessions I was very pleasantly surprised to find my pain gone and my flexibility back to normal. Highly recommended if you have any type of pain !

I have been having multi treatment - spinal manipulation - spinal adjustment - soft tissue manipulation - deep tissue massage - sports massage - acupuncture with Alpesh at Back in Balance Clinic over the past couple of years. The treatment for a long-standing lower back/sciatica and foot issue has been highly effective. Alpesh has taken a fully holistic approach so he really understands the situation, and is very supportive and encouraging in general. Really recommend to anyone who may be looking for this kind of service in the future, and great to support a local business.

Having a desk job, my lower back was getting worse every day. I am really pleased how Alpesh managed to loosen my back just after the first session and gave me some valuable exercise tips for me to carry on after I have finished the sessions. Would highly recommend.

Last week, I have been to Back in Balance with my 7 years old daughter because of her medical condition called torticollis, and the result was amazing. After five days of bad pain from a twisted neck and worries that come in a situation like this, my little girl got back in balance almost immediately, just the morning after her first physiotherapy session. Alpesh, the physiotherapist, was so comprehensive and very professional. He knows how to behave with children and he certainly is great at his job. To me, Alpesh has magic hands. I am so grateful and definitely recommend.

I went to see Alpesh at Back in Balance. My lower back was a mess, I had wrenched it. I could not move properly. After the first session he got me moving enough so I could get to the office the next day. He then gave me a slot the very next day so he could keep working on my back. This allowed me to make some important meetings. His ability to respond and give a great treatment plan really made the difference. Ive also been able to make an important international trip, had I not seen him its likely I would have had to reschedule. Go see him if you are in pain.
