Ive been a patient for 1yr now and have been really impressed with accessing services at Cator. The telephone and online consultations have been particularly helpful as someone who works full time. The surgery is also great at using text/message portals to quickly share information or updates which saves having to ring up or take valuable appointment time from people who need it more. I also recently had to have a course of regular B12 injections over a few weeks and the staff really made an effort to offer early or late appointments so I didnt have to miss work which was much appreciated.

I changed surgeries over a year ago, and can honestly say this surgery has supported me throughout with health issues and advice that became an issue for me last March. From the reception staff, doctors and the online help and advice, all have helped me through a difficult time. Great place that I unreservedly recommend to anyone thinking of changing surgeries.

The receptionist was rude, unhelpful and dismissive while demanding that me as a patient must be polite to her. Acting luk a robot not a human being. The doctors, although more polite and friendlier, are constantly on a rush to dissmis anything I say, or don't listen to what you have to say, just stare at their screen until you stop talking. If you have a choice, don't choose this surgery. Is also very big, so lots of patients waiting at the same time. It is more likely to catch another disease there before be cured.
