Throughout a rather long drawn out negotiation Charles Eden's representatives were enormously helpful , encouraging , kind and very professional . From the first viewing to the completion day when I received the keys , I always felt I could call in or on the phone and be listened to with patience and that help was at hand . i would recommend their services unreservedly .

My son found his first purchase via Charles Eden. We viewed, offered the guide price, which was accepted and it was all systems go from there. There were no more viewings or continued marketing tactics, as happens with other Estate Agencies. It was like a breath of fresh air! The purchase did not come without difficulties and delay but Justin and his Team were there at every Avenue ironing things out and edging the sale towards completion. Very experienced staff but over and above all else, personable! They kept us up to speed and progressed matters with both sets of solicitors where necessary. Phone calls and emails were always returned in a timely fashion. I would recommend this Estate Agents to anyone looking to purchase particularly in the Beckenham area and further afield. We were selling our cousins house to pay the care fees. We havent moved for over 40years.So it was with some trepidation initially, that we chose Charles Eden. We neednt have worried, they worked very hard as a team, determined to sell the property- making an appointment at 7am to fit one potential buyer. The house sold that first weekend. There was NEVER any hard selljust reassurance and recommendations when asked.They understood we found some technology a bit daunting but everything was carefully explained. We are really happy to recommend Charles Eden and give them 5stars, they are completely deserved
