The liquidation process was straight forward and clear. I would advise that anyone entering the process follows their list of required documentation and prepares this in advance and uses a shared documentation system like Drive or dropbox. Their fixed fees are based on this being available, which is fair. Teah was excellent and she was available to clarify matters.

I took the decision to voluntarily liquidate my company in November 2022. Unsurprisingly, the process appeared fairly daunting and Bailey Ahmed came highly recommended. I can see why. They dealt with the whole process from beginning to end and the service and guidance throughout was faultless. Entering your company into liquidation is never something you want to do. However, having worked with Bailey Ahmad to dissolve my company of 9 years I can honestly say they made the process so much less of a stressful experience than I believed it was going to be.
