Carried out a survey followed by remedial works to some below-ground drainage at our premises. Professional and effective service with good communication throughout. Prices were very reasonable for the works also. We would definitely use Drainsmart again in the future.

Hugely dissappointing after reading some of the positive reviews here. Our CCTV survey was completed on the arranged date. We paid the additional sum to receive the report the following day and this was completed - this was good service as expected. We then had a number of questions on the contents of the report which we sent by email. We made it clear it was urgent to clarify these points. We have chased this email with multiple emails since, we have also called numerous times only to be apologised to and be told that either someone would call us back the following day or that our queries would be marked as high priority. Over two weeks later we have yet to receive a response or any call back at any point. Really terrible customer service. We were quoted for additional works following the CCTV survey - how would they expect any customer to return when treated this way?
