Martin and the team undertook two structural changes for us - first was to widen the opening between kitchen and dining room (which required steels, re plumbing, electrics and a change of position of a doorway) and secondly to widen the gap from French doors to full width bi-folds. Not major jobs for them but significant for us. The team were great, really looked out for us, making suggestions and thinking creatively for our benefit and even blocking off the area to prevent the spread of building dust etc. Importantly they worked to time and budget. The project involved installing underfloor heating, a front portico extension and a total attic conversion. Excellent workmanship and totally adaptable when correcting design faults in the original plans. Although a major construction project we were able to spend the majority of the time on site due to the flexibility of the builder. Services: Paint indoors, Install flooring, General construction

Martin and his team were fantastic in building us a garden room. They were very hard-working, always on time and didn't slow down even in the rain and cold. They were very skilled: bricklaying, carpentry, insulation, roofing, electrical, fencing, plastering, decking and produced an excellent finish which we are extremely happy with. They also extended our front drive with garden edging, fencing and drive lighting. Very happy with their workmanship. We would highly recommend them and hope to provide better photos in the Spring and Summer. Thank you so much to everyone who worked on our project. Cobra construction completed my 4m single storey ground floor extension in October 2022. Including new kitchen, utility, WC as well as some general refurbishments to the rest of the house and garage. I could not recommend Martin and his team led by Lukas more highly. Their attention to detail and level of quality is impeccable. Their team could not be more helpful, hardworking and accommodating. Every aspect was organised (procuring materials on time, arranging inspections etc), and programmed as efficiently as possible. They finished on time and on budget, including all the extras I threw in along the way! On top of this Martin and Lukas are great people to work with, renovations are naturally stressful, and being an interior designer for high profile commercial projects I am a nightmare client, but with Cobra you have a team you can genuinely trust, where nothing is a problem, and they actively find solutions, they are a team that really care about you being happy with this finished project.
