Do not answer enquiries. Not sure they are still in business. EDIT following reply I have twice emailed them through their website with 2 week interval. Not bothered to reply, I am not going to bother telephoning an IT company that does not reply to emails.

Outstanding service. Recovered a failed external hard drive that was my home archive backup device. Just knowing the file directories was reassuring, but all data salvaged and copied to a new device. Thanks David & good luck with the Great North Run!

I've had a few home visits from other 'experts' but Mike is far better than all of them. Knowledgeable, approachable, polite and willing to put himself out to help. And not over priced.

I am delighted with the service I received form Stephen yesterday. With the dread that I was about to lose all the work on my laptop and in a slight panic, I contacted Stephen who's response was immediate, reassuring and competent. My repaired laptop was returned to me last night ...how quick is that???...and I am able to continue my working from home.
