It was taking so long to see a doctor, people were leaving before they were seen. When a nurse called a name and no one responded, she went back in and came back for another patient after 15 minutes. It happened twice while I was waiting. They also took unreasonably long time after one patient left and before they call next patient.

Was sent here by NHS 111 as away from home and had forgotten 5 blood pressure tablets, I know that this medication is important so went here and registered, after a few minutes the nurse called me in and then told me they couldnt help me as they only had one doctor, this isnt the first time that Beckenham Beacon have refused members of my family and myself, you need to get your act together

I came here at 19.23 on monday with an what I think is a fractured ankle and got turned away even though the closing time is 8pm the nurse claimed there was 7 people waiting although there was only 1 person waiting in the only waiting area and no vehicles in the car park, what has this country come to, absolutely shocking! This is really sad and heart breaking, I have come to use the ''emergency" service only to be sent home at the reception desk by those who are employed to have a duty of care because they are closing soon (37 minutes later) without being seen to.
