The coffee and food was very tasty but I didnt feel particularly welcome with my baby which is a shame as I have been told it is thriving with Mums. When asking a member of female staff where the baby change was as my son has had an accident I approached and said excuse me to her and was rudely and abruptly told I will be with you in a minute with minimal eye contact . I could understand if they were in the middle of talking or serving someone but they were wiping down a table. When I explained I just needed the baby change to be pointed out she did help me but there wasnt any warmth there which made me feel like I was getting in the way and being particularly awkward- this feeling is all too familiar for a first time Mum who is navigating being out and about so I probably wont return for this reason.
