        Steve was responsive and professional from start to finish. We had moved into a rental and could not get rid of the bad smells coming from the carpets on the stairs, landing and bedrooms. Steve came round and assessed the situation, explained the whole process and immediately could understand the problem. He then sent a quote on time, and told us when he could do the job, which fit in perfectly with us. He came on time with his excellent machinery and cleaned the carpets beautifully. Again he explained the process and the dirt and scum that came out made us all realise exactly why they smelt so much. Now we have beautifully clean carpets and no smell. Thank you so much Steve for solving this issue for us. 100% recommend this company! Service: General carpet cleaning
