Masters Mazda

Their service is unbelievably poor, actually unacceptable. You would regret if you purchase a brand new car from them. I had an issue with my Mazda but they asked me to check an instruction manual by myself. The root cause of the issue is poor quality which they call "natural phenomenon". Do you want to have a car which does not accept the first and reverse gears every 100 or a few 100 miles? Sales guy also said it is normal. I think this is very wrong. I never had such car in my life. The worst thing is that this dealership lies and tries not to get involved with the issue. You would like to avoid them and Mazda if you do not want to waste your time and money. As of May 2022, now this dealer is kicked out from Mazda. I do not know this is because their service is poor or low quality of Mazda car.

Having just purchased an MX-5 I can certainly complement my sales executive Phil Bild and manager Phil wood. Both were outstanding in their professionalism and creativity to ensure that all options were covered and I genuinely felt that my satisfaction was paramount to them. Such a positive purchase experience. After sales was even better with real attention to detail. Great quality of valeting by Eddie. I have purchased a whole variety of cars in the past from many dealerships. I am extremely impressed with Masters Mazda and would unreservedly highly recommend. Excellent staff and management and customer satisfaction a high priority. Cannot ask for more than that. Great job.

The service was very bad. I asked for one thing to be checked, back left tyre, and let me know options. Yes no worries well discuss early in day and if needed refit etc. I was told. 3 hours late to agreed pick up, advised to collect and there were no issues. As mechanic handed over keys, informed tyre had slow puncture. Unable to help since everyone had gone. Just so poor. Ill never go back.
