Received a phone call wed night that the staff member called in sick and asked to change time. Time was changed at 6:45pm and on arrival the owner informed us she had only booked one of us and could not do both of us. This left us extremely upset as we booked specifically for our mums wedding and due to the time left us without any other option and without a tan. Very poor customer service and even with text evidence of her booking both she still told me I was wrong and very patronising towards me.
