Feel totally let down by the service department, car has had issues since purchase last year, calls not returned. Car has now been back in again with the service department for over 2 weeks now and no communications from them regarding what has been found and what will be done, messages have been left but no response, feel totally let down by this experience, their silence is deafening

Purchased a new vehicle from this dealership, from the very beginning the service I received was immaculate. All the staff members I spoke to were lovely in particular Max as he was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the process.

They only had a few new Audi models on display, nobody asked if we were interested in anything. We left. The old location on Croydon road had more models on display

Most of the staff are so helpful , unfortunately we had the misfortune to have a person called zee show us a car. Very unhelpful , looked down upon my 18 yr old daughter and Tried charging her extra. We went to another dealer in the end in Bexley who couldnt have been more helpful . He told me if I wanted to speck to a manger I would have to ask him politely laughing on phone . It was clearly aimed towards the fact I was a woman and I pasted the phone over to my husband who it felt more inclined to be less sarcastic. Zee reflects badly on this dealership , the receptionist would be far more qualified and happy to help than him .
