We were given excellent legal advice by Nigel Barrowcliff and his team, who were professional and efficient at all times and we were kept informed of proceedings on a regular basis.
The situation was very distressing at times and we were very grateful for the support and reassurance Nigel gave us in a calm and methodical way.
The court case was scheduled to last for 5 days but the neighbours legal team asked to settle on the 3rd day in our favour and we were also awarded costs .
