        Absolute terrible place . Avoid !! From the way we are spoken to by some of the staff (not all ) . The manageress reduced me to tears yesterday the way she spoke to me, and Im a member of them public just enquiring about a very dear friend. Surely being in a care environment means you are caring and compassionate?? But obviously not

        My husband resided at the beeches he's care was absolutely second to none the staff are lovely caring people and the manager is a very caring person who would go up and above to help you unfortunately my husband passed away but the love and support I received was lovely thank you the beeches team for making a sad time more bearable xx
